I would like to let you know how pleased I am with the work that your company did on upgrading my electrical needs. The work was done in a very professional and timely manner. The workers were very pleasant and courteous at all times. It was a pleasure to watch them do their work.

I was very pleased in how they cleaned up and removed all of the waste materials that was left from removing old wire and hardware. The place was left as if no work had been done.

I will keep you in mind if there is anyone that needs electrical work done. I know you will be reasonable and honest in your dealings with them. To me that is more important than getting a cheaper price. As the old saying goes "you get what you pay for".

Dear Sir/Ma'am;

Today I called your company and arranged to have some electricians come out to do some diagnostics and possibly repair within my home. A 6:00 appointment was arranged.

The two gentlemen who came by were prompt. I understand that in the kind of business that you do, it is not always possible to be right on time, due to working with the needs of other customers. But I was impressed nonetheless.

Not only were the two gentlemen prompt, they were also nice, friendly and professional. You may feel it is their job to be that way however I've had many contractors in my house and you'd be surprised at how unprofessional and down right scary some of them can be!

I plan on recommending you to anyone who has a need for electrical repair.
